Hi, I'm Tara Kirin-a residential real estate broker with Coldwell Banker, proudly serving the Denver metro area. My journey in real estate blends engineering, design, renovation, and a deep love of helping people create spaces they truly love.

After earning my degree in Architectural Engineering from CU Boulder with a focus on lighting design, I worked with high-end mountain homes, taught math, managed a large vacation rental in Silverthorne, and personally renovated multiple homes. I know what it takes to bring out the best in a property-from removing walls to laying tile-and I use that experience to help clients prepare homes to shine on the market, or envision what's possible in a new space. 

As a mom of four (ages 9 to 22), I know that life happens fast-and your home should grow with you.
